Each is an American citizen but they are treated differently than the constituents of every member of this subcommittee.

We've seen time and time again that simply pouring money into something doesn't fix the underlying problem.

We cannot fail to care for so many American citizens based solely on where they live.

It is my hope that the Majority will return to the bipartisan tradition of working together on this issue moving forward.
