I want to ask you if you will consider STAs and if you will commit to providing the public transparency that is really due because this is a huge issue?

I have to say that I am really deeply disappointed. Deeply disappointed.

It is stunning to me that someone pays for something, they don't get it, but the person or the entity they paid it to still gets to keep it.
