I have held someone in my arms and watched them die from it. So that is enough experience, I think, for anyone. But what this debate is about is not to say that the gentleman from Oklahoma is an unfair person. We are saying that this funding mechanism hurts an area that deserves the same kind of funding for the people that have HIV and AIDS.
