Their dedication, expertise, and institutional knowledge are invaluable to advancing American interests, supporting our allies, and responding to crises around the globe.

It's a different Republican Party, and, I think, shame on us as Democrats if we don't actually try to understand it.

We clearly understand what Xi Jinping's policy objectives are, what Beijing's policy objectives are, and we have to address the reality that we face today.
