The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill, add the following: SEC. 504. PROTECTIONS FOR DELTA COUNTIES. This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall not have a harmful effect on the quality, quantity, or safety of drinking water supplies for residents of the five Delta Counties (Contra Costa County, Sacramento County, San Joaquin County, Solano County, and Yolo County, California).
