(b) Content.--The briefing under subsection (a) shall assess-- (1) the economic, social, political, and security risks, costs, and impacts of emerging infectious diseases on the United States and the international political and economic system; (2) the economic, social, political, and security risks, costs, and impacts of a major transnational pandemic on the United States and the international political and economic system; and (3) contributing trends and factor to the matters assessed under paragraphs (1) and (2).…”
