I would like to emphasize how important a quick resolution of this process and a timely report will be to my constituents.

I believe the only response to this is to make sure that the fleet is big enough and flexible enough to meet congressional requirements.

The Coast Guard's response to this recommendation is currently classified as 'open--unacceptable response.'

We are also concerned that the administration has not been forthcoming with the public about its reasons for moving forward with Lease Sale 257.
