The Biden administration must chart a course that leads the world to achieve our emissions reduction goals.

I personally remain cautiously optimistic, but I also still believe that transitioning away from fossil fuel is the most effective strategy for saving the planet for our children and for our grandchildren.

These targets are certainly reasonable, and they are consistent with what the world has agreed to for climate targets.
