Alan Lowenthal: “Tribal leaders could not be clearer: H.R. 4532 is not wanted.”

The Biden administration has set goals for the United States to reduce greenhouse emissions by at least 50 percent by 2030 and reach net-zero emissions no later than 2050.

It is a good piece of legislation. I am proud to be co-sponsoring it.

I believe the only response to this is to make sure that the fleet is big enough and flexible enough to meet congressional requirements.
