I want to lend my support to the strongest possible funding for programs like the Port Infrastructure Development Program.

As such, building even one new oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico will deepen the climate crisis, disproportionately imperiling low-income communities and communities of color in the process.

It is a good piece of legislation. I am proud to be co-sponsoring it.
