Page 2, after line 11, insert the following (and redesignate the subsequent quoted subsection accordingly): (c) Public Disclosure.--Nothing in this section limits the authority of the Department of Interior or any State from requiring the public disclosure of chemicals in hydraulic fracturing fluids, the source and type of base fluid used in hydraulic fracturing, the disposition of hydraulic fracturing flowback fluids, and any other details of how and where hydraulic fracturing operations occur, for use by the public to study and analyze for the benefit of public health and safety.
