I, too, wish to send my condolences to the families of those that died in the tragic accident in Santa Barbara.

From NTSB's standpoint, lives are priceless. And all lives--we should do everything we can to save lives and to prevent tragedy.
There were applications for over $1.3 billion in Federal funds, while we only gave out a total of $239 million.
