“Woman, we are all too familiar with the influence operations perpetrated by the Russian Government during the 2016 U.S. election. As the IC articulated in its January 2017 intelligence community assessment, those operations were merely the most recent in a long history of efforts to undermine the liberal democratic order. We must remain vigilant and fully informed about the operations executed by the Government of Russia to influence and undermine our democratic system.
