I thank the gentleman, and I thank him for his excellent amendment and support in the intelligence process. With each passing day, we are learning more about the cyber breach at the Office of Personnel Management. The volume of personal information lost during these events is of tremendous concern. Mr. Israel's amendment will help us better inform Congress on the effectiveness of the government's collaborative efforts to defend against future cyber events. I thank my colleagues for their work on it, and I urge support of Mr. Israel's amendment.
