Oil companies can’t just walk away from abandoned oil and gas wells and leave taxpayers to bear the cleanup costs.

The administration is threatening access to historical and irreplaceable records, including closing down one facility in California that is home to countless photos and family heirlooms.

I’m in strong agreement with the president.
