I don`t think we can get around it and you`re right, this is a powerful statement of attribution by the intelligence community. They didn`t withhold anything. They said the crown prince basically has blood on his hands for ordering this capture or kill operation, and it`s very hard to hold accountable the people who did the deed and let the person who ordered the deed be done off the hook.
