H.R. 4850 is the Veterans Benefits Act of 2000. The bill includes a cost-of-living adjustment for VA disability compensation and survivors benefits. It also includes a number of changes in program eligibility and benefit improvements. I urge my colleagues to support passage of H.R. 4850.
