Just a quick follow-up, Mr. Partin. When we were discussing discretion right now from Mr. McClintock's question about that the professional land managers would have discretion as to what happened, and so this bill does nothing to that discretion.
Grijalva emphasizes the importance of discretion for land managers in the bill.
