You hear repeatedly in this Congress and in this Committee of the dire dangers being presented at the southern border of this nation with fentanyl, human trafficking, organized crime, cartels...

I am always pleased that this Committee is as bipartisan as it is in terms of finding solutions and working together for the issues that are presented here.

I look forward to working with you, Madam Chair, and the other members of the Subcommittee to move this bipartisan bill in a similar bipartisan manner.
