The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 142, insert after line 3 the following (and redesignate the succeeding provisions accordingly): ``(g) Permitting Voters to Return Ballot to Polling Place on Date of Election.--The State shall permit an individual to whom a ballot in an election was provided under this section to cast the ballot on the date of election by delivering the ballot on that date to a polling place.''.
