USET SPF supports the efforts of Tribal Nations to exercise our sovereignty and self-determination to create viable and sustainable economic opportunities and job creation for our communities.

We urge Congress to reject legislative proposals that make this colonial-era law worse.

We believe strongly that the solution is not singling out one tribe for favorable treatment to the detriment of others.

I worry the integrity of the investigations is at risk.
