It should be noted the Republican budget, the Ryan budget, raises taxes for middle class families with kids by an average of $2,000 in order to coddle, I guess, the very wealthy in this country. They are better off; that middle class family is not. I yield 1 minute to the gentleman from New York (Mr. Nadler), a member of the Budget Committee and the Progressive Caucus.
