The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end the following: TITLE III--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS SEC. 301. PROTECTION OF HUNTING, FISHING, GRAZING, AND RECREATION. This Act shall not apply with respect to any mineral exploration or mining permit a lead agency determines would diminish opportunities for hunting, fishing, grazing, or recreation on public lands.
