Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end the following: TITLE III--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS SEC. 301. PROTECTION OF HUNTING, FISHING, GRAZING, AND RECREATION. This Act shall not apply with respect to any mineral exploration or mining permit a lead agency determines would diminish opportunities for hunting, fishing, grazing, or recreation on public lands. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 726, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Grijalva) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Arizona.
