Mr. Chairman, with that, I will close. The contradiction is very important. The majority talks about local control, local control. In this instance, you have the State of Louisiana that has prevented this, that has prohibited this type of hunting on its lands, and that is a local decision to be honored, but it is okay to honor that decision, but on Federal lands we want to make an exception and set a precedent. I would suggest that the contradiction in this amendment merits its defeat. I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR. The gentleman from Louisiana has 45 seconds remaining.
