A comprehensive review of all 88,000- plus ESA consultations from 2008 to 2015 found that no project was stopped or extensively altered as a result of Fish and Wildlife finding jeopardy or adverse modification during this period, and that the medium consultation duration is far lower than the maximum allowed by the Act.
