Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 4, after line 3, insert the following: ``(B) the historical levels of Federal revenue, including corporate and individual Federal income taxes as a percent of the gross domestic product;''. Page 4, line 4, strike ``(B)'' and insert ``(C)''. Page 4, line 6, strike ``(C)'' and insert ``(D)''. The Acting CHAIR.
