Madam Speaker, this week in the Rules Committee, we heard one House Republican say: Long-eared bats? I hope the white-nose syndrome wipes them all out and we don't have to worry about it. A vote for this resolution is a vote for the extinction of the northern long-eared bat. Madam Speaker, I yield 4 minutes to the gentleman from Colorado (Mr. Neguse), the ranking member on the Federal Lands Subcommittee of the Natural Resources Committee.
