USET SPF supports the efforts of Tribal Nations to exercise our sovereignty and self-determination to create viable and sustainable economic opportunities and job creation for our communities.

Future exploration or mining activities at the site not only threatens the health and welfare of tribal members.

We believe strongly that the solution is not singling out one tribe for favorable treatment to the detriment of others.
