Being a health care provider who did Medicaid for 7 years and left it for all the reasons they talked about, I did not stop; I just provided it for free.

This was a community that was driven together for a common solution, and this is a common solution that they all fittingly are part of.

We believe this is a small price to pay to grant these homeowners the peace of mind of knowing the property they live on is their own.

Thank you, Chairman Bishop, Ranking Member Grijalva. Thank you very much for considering this important bill, H.R. 1038.

It seems to me that we have a number of problems. It was just alluded to here that instead of having a wider variety of manufacturers, we are down to several, two or three.

It seems like arbitrarily isn't allowing bureaucrats to set, it seems anywhere the Federal Government is involved we have problems.

So what we really need to do is concentrate back on the cure back to the disease process.

As a health care professional, I look at symptoms, and I don't treat symptoms, I am looking at what the disease process is.

I think you can think about changing the regulations to make it easier to make manufacturing changes and improvements.

Whatever we do, we have to put the politics aside right away. We have to get in a room and come up with some solutions because this is really a crisis.

Authorizes the use but does not guarantee the use, so that gives the Forest Service... the determination that that water could be used for something other than snow-making or other than grazing.

It seems to me that the proposed rule that you have put forward is in direct conflict with Colorado water law, congressional intent and private property rights.

For the State of Colorado water is our lifeblood, as I know you recognize.
