Why wouldn't you entertain coming back to Congress and asking can you clarify?
Well, that shows you the lack of what is happening in administrative law, that it has to be an enigmatic, dynamic type of interface.
How do you weight those comments? I am asking you because what I want to do is I want to see from the agency how you rationally start to look at those.
I think that is one of the problems. We see this over and over, big government saying that they know better than the rest of us and common sense is being kicked out the window.
When you have a less-than-3 percent--perhaps even 1 percent recovery after all the tens of billion dollars spent by government, and probably the hundreds of billions of dollars, maybe trillions, of economic activity that has been lost over…
But it is still from the exchange going to the IRS, and that is where I am going.
This isn't a simple process, and what you are belaboring here is that this is a simple process.
I have been doing this for 25 years; I am a dentist. So I have dealt with insurance.
We would like to have a constant dialogue, so we would like to have those modules.
