McSally was elected to the House of Representatives in 2014, representing Arizona's 2nd congressional district, where she focused on issues such as national security and veterans' affairs. This is a complicated and multi-faceted problem. There are no quick or easy solutions.
There is a lot more that we can do together to solve, so this is just really a platform for us.
Most of all, we must support all those who suffer from addiction, their families and loved ones, to ensure that they get the help they so desperately need.
Opioid abuse has become an epidemic across the entire Nation, affecting all 50 States.
I am very proud to say that the State of Arizona has been a National leader in addressing these challenges head on.
