Getting Americans working again, or at least restoring the number of hours they used to be able to work, should not be a partisan issue.

I have no idea where this came from. I also wonder how it will impact overtime pay.
This is not a Republican issue or a Democrat issue. This is an American worker issue.
These are Americans living paycheck to paycheck, who are already paying more for food and more for their health care, and are now being hurt again by the burdens of the President's healthcare law.
When Mr. Hoffa jumps on this and says you are destroying the backbone of the American middle class, then there is a concern.
This is not Republicans versus Democrats. This is Republicans and Democrats working together to serve the American people.
Our job in Congress is oversight, investigate and expose when we think there is something wrong.
