Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that tomorrow, Wednesday, March 1, at 11:30 a.m., the Senate vote on confirmation of the Guzman nomination followed by the motion to invoke cloture on the Lawless nomination; further, that notwithstanding rule XXII, at 2:15 p.m., the Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Grey nomination; further, that following the cloture vote on the Grey nomination, the Senate proceed to legislative session and proceed to the immediate consideration of H.J. Res. 30; that at 4 p.m., the Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution and upon disposition of the joint resolution, the Senate resume executive session and, notwithstanding rule XXII, vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Simmons nomination.
