If we ever go into a fair fight, shame on us. When we have the ability to be greater than anybody else in the world and defend ourselves better than anybody else, to go into it and saying we just want to be on an equal basis, believe me, I don't want them to come out of the locker room.
Emphasis on U.S. military superiority and avoiding equal footing in conflicts.
