Due to my attendance at the memorial service in Arizona for the Prescott Fire Department's Granite Mountain Hotshots who lost their lives in the Yarnell Fire, I will miss votes this evening, July 8, 2013. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on all three measures, H.R. 1341--Financial Competitive Act of 2013, H.R. 1564--Audit Integrity and Job Protection Act, and H.R. 11711--FOR VETS Act of 2013, under consideration this evening.
