Poll through demand. We advertise to the American public a prescription drug, a drug that they can only get with a prescription, the goal being those of us sitting at home feeling some of those conditions will go to our doctor and demand that particular drug, and we see these advertisements all the time. The gentleman and I are paying for the cost of that advertising, we are paying for the cost of that doctor's visit, and we are paying for the doctor to say to us, no, you really do not need that drug, it is not right for your condition.
