General Ward, are your component commands adequately staffed and resourced to execute AFRICOM's mission?

I believe the time has come to consider a change to DADT, but I think it should be done in a thoughtful and deliberative manner.

So we're really not on track, then. It's nice to say, but if you're going to lose 2,000 Dutch troops, who are, by the way, great fighters from my visits, it's not 9,500; it's closer to 7,500.
