Why is there only one MILCON project in the President's budget request?

Dr. Rice, according to press reports, electronic code for the MHS was provided to Adara Networks, Inc.

Dr. Rice, is the program fully funded in the fiscal year 2011 request and in the Future Years Defense Plan?

Dr. Rice, are those products being utilized in ongoing development of the EHR? If not, why not?

Please identify the source and total amount of funds provided to Adara for work on the DOD EHR.
