Ms. McGrath, please provide the Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) that the Army used in determining to not implement the Marine Corps' ERP solution.
But, how are the Marine Corps and Army so different that they need separate, wholly incompatible billion-dollar ERP systems?
Will the Army and Marine Corps continue to maintain very different business processes for logistics, maintenance, and supply functions? If so, why?

That is not fair to the American people to hold out and say, we won't agree to raising the debt limit until we pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution. It's unfair. It's bizarro.
The American people didn't want their taxes raised, and they wanted us to cut spending. They don't want compromise.
