“I would like to see it. My information was that it was not in the House bill; and, that if it was in the Senate, it was considerably different than what came over here. But I think one thing we know is it was not appropriately vetted, because USDA was completely surprised at the numbers that came out. They are the ones, when they are saying all these numbers are flying around, the $16 billion in exposure is from the USDA. It is not pulled from some outside group or some other group, it is the USDA that is saying that this could cost us an additional $16 billion. And that should be considered, and it wasn't in this House; it simply was swept under the rug. That is what happens when you deal with a bill this big this quickly.”
