Jeff Flake: “Nothing focuses the mind like a big election loss.”

Just look at what has happened. The attorney general has been fired. And oversight for the investigation has been taken from the deputy attorney general where it belonged.

I can use that leverage and I well, but, unfortunately, by January 3rd, somebody else has to take it up.

We need to make clear that that is inconsistent with democratic values and inconsistent with commitments that have been made.

When people say you guys talk but do not do anything, this committee and the Congress and the administration did.
