I grew up in Northern Arizona. We had a family ranch. We dealt with the checkerboard pattern quite a bit.

I certainly do not think it is in our interest to bring the element of politics any closer to the judiciary.

I do not think it is a good thing to meet in private with only an interpreter present with no readout.

This is not a good process, but it's all we've got.
