I am sure that my good friend, who is an excellent jet fighter pilot, can attest to the fact that it is amazing how nature and how these migratory birds can fly for so far and yet be so small in form. It is just amazing. I think it is an excellent way to promote that we need more funds, and I sincerely hope that this legislation will pass.”
