Eni Faleomavaega: “Thank you, Mr. Chairman. And I do appreciate your leadership and especially for calling this hearing this afternoon.”

I have always complained about the fact that we did not seem to pay attention to the Asia-Pacific Region from previous administrations.

I have great hope that you will play an important part to work together to restore our U.S.-India relations.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman. And I want to thank you for holding today's hearing on U.S.-China relations.

Until Delegates here have votes on the Floor, this problem is going to continue to remain because agencies do not have responsibilities to Delegates in the territories.
