again on a bipartisan basis, I want to commend the gentleman from Arizona for his sponsorship of this proposed bill. Mr. Speaker, H.R. 2907 would direct the Secretary of Agriculture to consummate a complicated land exchange in northern Arizona. The United States would receive approximately 35,000 acres of inholdings on the Prescott National Forest. In exchange, the United States would transfer title to the Yavapai Ranch Limited Partnership various parcels on the Coconino, Prescott, and the Kaibab National Forests. All lands would be appraised in accordance with Federal appraisal standards. Their values would be equalized as required in the Federal Land Policy and Management Act. This bill was also passed in the House last year, and we certainly have no objection to this. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.
