This bill will allow the Fish and Wildlife Service to spend $1 million a year in revenues from the migratory bird hunting stamp to promote sales of those stamps to a broader range of users, including bird watchers, photographers, and other conservationists. It is estimated that as many as 25 million Americans enjoy observing birds and spend as much as $20 billion a year to do so.
