Should we not be encouraging Chinese investment in the United States?

there has been a lot of discussion in the last several weeks about this being a vote of conscience over the next 2 days

Now is that good enough? Hell, no, it is not good enough. But let's not pretend that somehow there have not been positive benefits.

I also think that the proposal was not a broad-based tax increase; I think it's very targeted to those who have done very, very well in this last decade.
