If the president wants someone fired, then Priebus would be gone.

The president still has confidence in Sessions, if the president wanted Sessions out, then Sessions would be out.

I think that the president, the point he's trying to make is that the clear purpose of the Russia investigation is to review Russia's meddling in the election and that that should be the focus of the investigation, nothing beyond that.

Should not move outside the scope of the investigation.

There's nothing to see here. The president did not know about this until the last couple of days.

People knew what they were electing when they elected Donald Trump.

The president in no way form or fashion has ever promoted or encouraged violence of anything. Quite the contrary.

I think he's been very clear that when he gets attacked, he's going to hit back. I think the American people elected somebody who's tough, who's smart and who's a fighter. And that's Donald Trump.

What about the constant attacks that he receives or the rest of us? I'm a woman and I've been attacked by the show multiple times but I don't cry foul because of it.

If we make the slightest mistake, the slightest word is off, it is just an absolute tirade from a lot of people in this room. But news outlets get to go on day after day and cite unnamed sources, use stories without sources.

The president has the right to, but he's no intention to do it.

What he did see and what he heard, he thought that the Attorney General Sessions did a very good job and in particular was very strong on the point that there was no collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign.

I think social media for the president is extremely important. It gives him the ability to speak directly to the people without the bias of the media filtering those types of communication.

Look, I think when you receive a report that is so clear, and a recommendation by someone like the deputy attorney general, you have no choice but to act.
