I rise at this time to just express my gratitude and the gratitude of my caucus to the two gentlemen who have worked tirelessly for years on this issue, the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Dingell) and the gentleman from New York (Mr. Rangel). And I hope that this entire body, even though they have been treated shamefully and disgustingly by the Republican leadership and by this conference committee, I hope that everyone here this evening will join me in thanking them for the magnificent job that they have done for America and America's seniors.
