FEMA needs to change its own rules. They need to throw the playbook down, write a new playbook and use a good dose of common sense.

It's reprehensible. It's inexcusable. And it's incompetence at its finest.

FEMA needs to get moving. FEMA needs to rewrite their policy that will allow some of the 12,000 people they evicted this week from hotel rooms to be able to receive one of these manufactured homes.

FEMA should have never purchased these homes. It's a failed policy. It's a failed plan. And it's just -- it's just been a total disaster.

We want them to come up here and pick these manufactured homes up -- all 11,000 of them and take them to the people who lost their homes and everything they owned in the Gulf Coast well over five months ago. This is five months past due…
